It's been a long time.
This is the (shameful) first update of a website since 2014...
And my excuse? Yeah, I've been painting, and potting, and running, and getting distracted with anything other than addressing a website and a blog.
But here I am.
And here it is, the all new website, covering my paintings, my art pots and my tableware.
I'll do my darndest to keep it relevant, and current...
This week I had my first mentoring session with Paul Marshall at Derby Uni, first bit of instruction I've had to help me with all my many ceramic problems.. we started with the basics, I asked him to watch my throwing technique and suggest where I could improve... after only 2 or 3 hours I came away feeling that I had real concrete technical support. So a big thank you to Derby Uni and the Big House Project.
Tomorrow I will start to curate the paintings that are going to hang in the solo show at the Old Lock Up Gallery in Cromford. For the first time I will be showing ceramics along with my paintings, and I'm just a tad excited. Come along on the 11th November and say hello. I'll be at the gallery between 5pm and 7pm.
